Pumpkin Spice Cream Matcha Latte

Now that it’s officially autumn, we can’t go without a cozy pumpkin spice drink — and this one brings the warmth of fall into your favorite green latte. Creamy, comforting, and just sweet enough.


🎃 You’ll Need:

For the Latte:

  • 2 tsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Milk of your choice
  • Whisked ceremonial matcha @matchaunion (prepared with 60 ml warm water)

For the Pumpkin Spice Cream:

  • 30 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg

🍂 Method:

1️⃣ Build the base
In a glass, mix together pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup until smooth. Add ice cubes and pour in your preferred milk.

2️⃣ Add the matcha
Whisk matcha powder with warm water until frothy. Gently pour over the milk for that layered effect.

3️⃣ Whip the cream
In a small bowl, whip the heavy cream with pumpkin purée, cinnamon, and nutmeg until slightly thick and fluffy.

4️⃣ Top it off
Spoon the pumpkin spice cream over your latte and finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or cinnamon for extra autumn vibes.

  • Crushed graham crackers or a cinnamon stick
  • Dairy-free? Use coconut cream instead
