Shipment Policy

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM GMT excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1:00PM GMT will be dispatched that day guaranteed. Any orders after 1:00PM GMT will be dispatched the next working day.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.

In the rare case that your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company. Once a package’s status is updated to “Delivered”, there is nothing we can do as the sender to help locate it. Matcha Union is not liable for unforeseen issues caused by the courier or theft at your destination, but we’ll always do whatever we can to help in the event of a lost or stolen package.

SHIPPING COSTS
