🥄 You’ll Need:
- 400 g silken tofu
- 180 g vegan white chocolate
- 2.5 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (or seeds from 1 vanilla bean)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
💚 Method:
1️⃣ Melt the chocolate
In a small saucepan, gently melt the vegan white chocolate with coconut oil. Stir until smooth and glossy.
2️⃣ Blend the base
In a blender or food processor, combine silken tofu, melted chocolate, matcha powder, vanilla, and maple syrup. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Chill the mousse
Pour into jars, bowls, or glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours — or overnight for the dreamiest texture.
