Matcha Covered Blueberries

Sweet, juicy, and coated in creamy matcha chocolate — this 3-ingredient summer snack is almost too easy and too good. Whether you’re after a quick treat, a party-friendly bite, or something a little extra with your iced matcha, these matcha-dipped blueberries are your go-to.

Ingredients

  • Fresh blueberries (as many as you like)
  • White chocolate (about 100–150g for 1 cup of berries)
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion

Optional:

  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for easier melting and smoother coating)

Method

1️⃣ Melt the white chocolate gently using a double boiler or microwave (in 15–20 sec bursts). Stir until smooth.
2️⃣ Mix in the matcha powder (and coconut oil if using) until the chocolate turns silky and green.
3️⃣ Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the matcha chocolate, letting excess drip off.
4️⃣ Place dipped berries onto a parchment-lined tray.
5️⃣ Let set at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until firm.

Serving Tips

🍃 Keep chilled for a refreshing bite
🍫 Try a dark chocolate + matcha combo for something richer
