🍚 You’ll Need:
- 100 g glutinous rice, rinsed
- 500 ml water
- 80 g condensed milk
- 80 g white chocolate
- 1½ tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
- 100 ml water (80°C / 175°F)
🍵 Method:
1️⃣ Cook the rice
In a pot, combine the glutinous rice and 500 ml water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Simmer to creamy
Reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft and thick.
3️⃣ Stir in sweetness
Add the condensed milk and white chocolate. Stir gently until melted and fully combined.
4️⃣ Whisk the matcha
In a separate bowl, whisk matcha with 100 ml hot water until smooth and frothy.
5️⃣ Combine
Pour the matcha into the porridge and stir until beautifully green and creamy.
