Ingredients (1 serving)
- ¼ cup mango milk (or mango lassi)
- ¼ cup milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)
- Matcha shot: 2–3 tsp ceremonial matcha powder @matchaunion + 50–60 ml warm water (70–80°C / 160–175°F)
- 1 scoop mango ice cream
- Ice cubes
Instructions
1️⃣ Pour mango milk into the bottom of a glass.
2️⃣ Add ice cubes to chill and create separation between layers.
3️⃣ Slowly pour in the milk, letting it settle on top of the mango base.
