🍒 Cherry Cheesecake Cold Foam
Ingredients

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup milk

3 tbsp cream cheese, softened

⅓ cup frozen cherries

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, light, and fluffy. Keep chilled while you assemble the latte.
🍵 Matcha Latte Base
Ingredients

¼ cup hot water (70–80°C / 160–175°F)

¾ cup milk of choice

Ice cubes

(Optional) 1–2 tsp cherry preserves for layering
To Assemble

(Optional) Add cherry preserves to the bottom of your glass.

Add ice cubes, then pour in your milk of choice.

Whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy and smooth. Pour gently over the milk for a layered effect.
