INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 apple diced
- 1/2 cup water
- Pinch of salt
- Lots of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the Matcha: Sift the Matcha Union Premium Matcha powder into a bowl to avoid lumps. Add 60ml of hot water (not boiling, ideally at 802. Cook the ingredients over medium/high heat until the sugar is mixed.
3. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Top your daily matcha latte with whipped cream, cinnamon apples, and more cinnamon.
