OUR MATCHA

FROM A SINGLE FARM IN YAME

Made using first-harvest Okumidori, a cultivar grown for its soft colour and natural sweetness. Shade-grown for weeks before harvest, then stone-milled slowly to protect its colour and L-theanine, and to sweeten the taste.

SHADE-GROWN

Boosts chlorophyll & sweetness

STONE-MILLED

30g takes 1 hour to mill

FIRST FLUSH

Highest in L-theanine

FIRST HARVEST ONLY

TASTE THE DIFFERENCE

Our Ceremonial uses the youngest, most tender leaves of the season, harvested in spring when L-theanine levels peak.

Vibrant, deep green. The weeks of shading before harvest push chlorophyll levels higher, giving the powder its unmistakable colour and antioxidant density.

Smooth and naturally sweet. A delicate, mellow flavour with rich umami and a clean finish. No bitterness, no astringency. Just matcha as it should taste.
