- 1 banana (mashed)
- 120g hazelnut butter
- 100g rolled oats
- 120g raspberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 Matcha Union Matcha Chocolate (or white chocolate mixed with matcha powder)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Muffin Base
Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth. Add the hazelnut butter and rolled oats to the mashed banana, stirring until fully combined.
2. Shape the Muffins
Scoop the mixture into a muffin tin, dividing it evenly. Press a small indentation into the center of each ball to create space for the filling.
