What's included:

Your choice of matcha: Ceremonial Matcha 30g (smooth, naturally sweet, best for traditional whisking and premium lattes) or Premium Matcha 100g (full-bodied, bold, made for daily lattes).

Ingredients

Ceremonial Matcha 30g: 100% Organic Japanese Green Tea Powder
Premium Matcha 100g: 100% Japanese Green Tea Powder
Whisk: 100% Bamboo

How to use

Add 1 teaspoon (2g) of matcha to a cup. Add 60ml of hot water (70–80°C, never boiling) and whisk until smooth. Top with 200ml of your favourite milk for a latte, warm water for a traditional tea, or pour over ice for an iced matcha.

Storage

Store matcha in a cool, dark place. Once opened, keep in the fridge and use within one month for the best flavour and colour.

What's the difference between this and the Ceremony Set?

The Matcha Starter Kit includes matcha and a whisk. The Ceremony Set adds a ceramic bowl, tea scoop, and whisk holder. The Ritual Set sits in between with matcha, whisk, and stainless steel scoop. Pick whichever matches your setup.

Which matcha should I choose?

How do I care for the bamboo whisk?

Rinse with warm water after each use (no soap). Let it air dry. With proper care it lasts months.
