Matcha Smoothie Bowl
It's getting hot outside. Cool down with this perfect summer treat created in collaboration with Naznin from @idressfortheapplause. Prepped in a few minutes, you can create a healthy, vegan and beautiful matcha smoothie bowl. Fun and simple. Let's give it a try!

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Matcha Union Ceremonial Matcha powder

2 Bananas (Frozen for thicker consistency)

½ cup Spinach

300 gms Mango chunks

½ cup Almond Milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dissolve matcha powder in 2 tbsps of warm water and set aside.
2. Add banana, spinach, mango chunks and almond milk to the blending jar.
3. Add the matcha mix to the jar and blend them all together until it becomes smooth.
4. Transfer to your favorite bowl and add toppings of choice.
*Adding blueberries, pumpkin seeds, desiccated coconut, chia seeds and a sliced banana is a good balance.
