Unser Bio Ceremonial Matcha wird aus Okumidori-Blättern der ersten Ernte hergestellt, aus Uji, Kyoto, Japans ältester und renommiertester Teeregion. Beschattet und innerhalb weniger Wochen nach der Ernte mit Steinmühlen gemahlen. Zart, rund-süß, mit reichem Umami und ohne jede Bitterkeit.
Genieße ihn pur mit Wasser für einen ruhigen Moment, oder als Basis für einen richtig guten Matcha Latte.

100% Bio Ceremonial Grade Japanisches Grünteepulver. Importiert aus Japan.
Zubereitung
Zubereitung
½ bis 1 Teelöffel (1–2g) Matcha in eine Schale sieben. Mit 60ml heißem Wasser (70–80°C, nie kochend) zu einer glatten Paste verrühren. Kräftig in einer W- oder M-Bewegung 15–20 Sekunden aufschlagen, bis sich ein feiner Schaum bildet. Sofort trinken oder mit warmem Wasser oder Milch nach Geschmack auffüllen.

Luftdicht verschlossen, kühl und dunkel lagern. Nach dem Öffnen am besten in den Kühlschrank stellen und innerhalb eines Monats verbrauchen. So bleiben Geschmack und Farbe am längsten frisch.

Schmeck den Unterschied
Nur erste Ernte. Die jüngsten, zartesten Blätter der Saison, geerntet im Frühling, wenn der L-Theanin-Gehalt am höchsten ist.
Leuchtend, tiefes Grün. Die wochenlange Beschattung vor der Ernte treibt den Chlorophyllgehalt nach oben und gibt dem Pulver seine unverwechselbare Farbe und Antioxidantien-Dichte.
Sanft und natürlich süß. Ein zarter, milder Geschmack mit reichem Umami und sauberem Abgang. Keine Bitterkeit, keine Adstringenz. Ob pur mit Wasser oder mit Milch, die Qualität schmeckt man.

Warum Ceremonial?
Ceremonial ist unser feinster Matcha. Okumidori-Blätter der ersten Ernte aus Uji, Kyoto geben ihm einen glatteren, feineren Geschmack als unser Premium. Pur mit Wasser ein Genuss, und als Latte schmeckt man den Unterschied sofort.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Ceremonial und Premium?
Ceremonial verwendet nur Blätter der ersten Ernte und schmeckt leichter, süßer und feiner. Premium nutzt erste und zweite Ernte, schmeckt voller und kräftiger und ist als Alltags-Latte ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Beides hochwertig. Ceremonial ist das Upgrade, wenn du etwas Feineres willst.
Eignet sich Ceremonial für Lattes?
Auf jeden Fall. Er macht einen glatteren, feineren Latte als Premium. Der Geschmack ist mit Milch dezenter und süßer. Pro Gramm kostet er mehr, also kommt es darauf an: ein guter Alltags-Latte (Premium) oder der bestmögliche (Ceremonial).
Wie viel Koffein steckt in einer Portion?
½ Teelöffel (1g) enthält ca. 35mg. 1 Teelöffel (2g) ca. 70mg. Eine Tasse Kaffee liegt bei etwa 95mg, aber Matcha gibt das Koffein zusammen mit L-Theanin langsamer ab, für ruhige, gleichmäßige Energie.
Wie schmeckt er?
Sanft und mild, mit natürlicher Süße und reichem Umami. Keine Bitterkeit, nichts Grasiges. Ein runder, klarer Geschmack, der sanft nachklingt. Mit Milch tritt die Süße stärker hervor und das Umami wird cremig und ausgewogen.
Warum ist er pro Gramm teurer als Premium?
Blätter der ersten Ernte sind seltener und aufwendiger in der Herstellung. Längere Beschattung, jüngere Blätter, geringerer Ertrag pro Pflanze. Das Ergebnis ist ein feinerer, vielschichtigerer Geschmack, der aber mehr in der Produktion kostet.
Wie lange hält er sich?
Das Ablaufdatum steht auf der Dose. Nach dem Öffnen am besten innerhalb eines Monats aufbrauchen. Mit der Zeit verliert er an Farbe und Geschmack.

The matcha is good overall but it doesn’t froth up super easily and small chunks stay at the bottom of the cup, also the colour is not like a suuuper vibrant green

Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht vom Premium Matcha von Matcha Union. Die Farbe ist intensiv grün, der Duft frisch und angenehm, und geschmacklich ist er genau das, was ich mir von gutem Matcha wünsche: mild, fein, leicht natürlich süßlich und überhaupt nicht bitter.
Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass er sich sehr schön aufschäumen lässt und sowohl pur als klassischer Matcha als auch mit Milch als Matcha Latte richtig gut schmeckt. Man merkt sofort, dass die Qualität deutlich über dem liegt, was man oft im Supermarkt bekommt.
Für mich ist er inzwischen ein fester Bestandteil meiner Morgenroutine geworden. Er gibt mir einen klaren, ruhigen Energieschub, ohne dieses nervöse Kaffee-Gefühl. Auch die Verpackung wirkt hochwertig und passt gut zum Produkt.
