TERMS OF DELIVERY
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM GMT excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1:00PM GMT will be dispatched that day guaranteed. Any orders after 1:00PM GMT will be dispatched the next working day.
Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by you before confirming your payment.

After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email. You can also access your tracking information by logging into your Matcha Union account.

RETURNS & REFUND
At Matcha Union customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to love your products as much as we do. We currently do not accept returns but may issue refunds or exchanges based on the circumstances of the return. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that may be of fraudulent nature.
