Shipment Policy

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours:
Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM GMT excluding holidays. Orders placed before 1:00PM GMT will be dispatched that day guaranteed. Any orders after 1:00PM GMT will be dispatched the next working day.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by you before confirming your payment.

UK DELIVERY

Goods purchased at Matcha Union are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48h service to UK customers. Matcha Union offers FREE SHIPPING to any UK address when you spend £100 or more in a single transaction. All other orders will incur a delivery charge of £3.95. Please note that shipping of goods above 2kg are shipped by DHL and are subject to extra delivery charge regardless of order value.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

Goods are sent by Royal Mail European Tracked at a delivery charge of £12.

After your order has shipped, tracking information is sent out in a shipping confirmation email. You can also access your tracking information by logging into your Matcha Union account.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

At Matcha Union customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to love your products as much as we do. If you have any questions or problems with your order please reach out to info@matchaunion.com within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We currently do not accept returns but may issue refunds or exchanges based on the circumstances of the return. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that may be of fraudulent nature.
