50g white chocolate

1 rice cake

1 tbsp hazelnut spread

1 mandarin, peeled and segmented

Instructions
Step 1: Melt & Mix the Chocolate
Gently melt the white chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Once melted, stir in the matcha powder until smooth and vibrant.
Step 2: Assemble the Base
Spread the matcha white chocolate onto a sheet of parchment paper, roughly the size of your rice cake. Immediately press the rice cake down onto the chocolate so it sticks as the base layer.
Step 3: Layer with Goodness
On top of the rice cake, spread a generous layer of hazelnut spread.
Sprinkle with hemp seeds for a little crunch and nutrition.
Top with mandarin segments, pressing them in slightly so they stay in place.
Step 4: Let it Set (or not!)
