¾ cup milk of choice (oat, almond, soy, or dairy)

¼ cup hot water (around 80°C/175°F)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Golden Milk
In a small pot or milk frother, gently heat your milk with turmeric and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and warm (don’t boil!). For iced, chill it after warming.
Step 2: Whisk the Matcha
Sift ceremonial matcha powder into a bowl. Add hot water and whisk using a bamboo whisk or milk frother until frothy and fully dissolved.
Step 3: Assemble Your Drink
For hot: Pour the golden milk into a mug, then top with the whisked matcha.
For iced: Fill a glass with ice, pour in the golden milk, then float the matcha layer on top for a beautiful gradient.
