1️⃣ Make the matcha soak
Whisk the matcha powder with warm water using a bamboo whisk or an electric frother until smooth, then set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the mascarpone cream
Beat the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale, thick, and fluffy. Gradually mix in the mascarpone until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Fill the piping bag
Transfer part of the cream to a piping bag and place it in the fridge while you assemble the tiramisù.
4️⃣ Build the first layer
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the matcha soak and arrange them in a layer in your serving dish.
