Tiramisu Matcha Latte
The drinkable version of everyone’s favorite dessert.
Creamy mascarpone, soft sweetness, and earthy matcha layered into one dreamy sip — like tiramisu, but lighter and sippable.
🌿 You’ll Need:
- 40 ml milk
- 40 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- ½ tbsp mascarpone
- 3 g ceremonial matcha powder @matchaunion
- 40 ml warm water (for whisking)
- Ice cubes
✨ Method:
1️⃣ Make the tiramisu cream
In a small container, combine milk, heavy cream, agave syrup, and mascarpone. Shake or whisk until smooth and creamy. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the rest.
2️⃣ Whisk the matcha
Whisk matcha powder with warm water until smooth and frothy.
3️⃣ Build your latte
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in milk of your choice, then gently add the whisked matcha.
4️⃣ Top it off
Spoon or pour the chilled tiramisu cream over the matcha layer.
5️⃣ Finish
Dust with cocoa powder for that classic tiramisu touch.
