Peach Cobbler Matcha

Peach Cobbler Matcha

urning one of our favorite summer fruits into the dreamiest matcha.
This Peach Cobbler Matcha is creamy, cozy, and fruity — layered with a homemade peach syrup that tastes like caramelized peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. 🍑🍵

A little summer, a little dessert, and the prettiest matcha moment in one glass.

🌿 You’ll Need

For the peach cobbler syrup:

  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 1–2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste

For the matcha:

✨ Method

1️⃣ Cook the peaches
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, then add the sliced peaches and cook for about 1 minute.

2️⃣ Make it syrupy
Add the brown sugar, water, and cinnamon. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes, until the peaches are soft, sweet, and caramelized.

3️⃣ Blend until smooth
Remove from the heat, stir in the vanilla bean paste, then blend until smooth. Let the syrup cool completely.

4️⃣ Whisk the matcha
Sift the matcha into a bowl, add the warm water, and whisk until smooth and frothy.

5️⃣ Build the glass
Add 1–2 tbsp of peach cobbler syrup to a glass, then fill with ice and your milk of choice.

6️⃣ Pour & enjoy
Pour the freshly whisked matcha on top, stir, and enjoy.

☁️ Optional Tips

  • Use ripe peaches for the sweetest, juiciest syrup
  • Let the syrup cool before adding it to your glass
  • Add more syrup if you like a sweeter, dessert-style matcha
