🌿 You’ll Need

For the balls:

  • 200 g ladyfingers
  • 200 g mascarpone cheese
  • 1½ tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 30 ml warm water

For the cream:

  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Extra:

  • Matcha powder, for rolling

✨ Method

1️⃣ Make the matcha mix
Whisk the matcha powder with warm water until smooth, then set aside.

2️⃣ Crush the ladyfingers
Blend or crush the ladyfingers into very fine crumbs.

3️⃣ Form the dough
Add the crumbs to a bowl with mascarpone, powdered sugar, and the matcha mixture. Mix and knead until a soft dough forms.

4️⃣ Shape the balls
Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

5️⃣ Coat in matcha
Roll each ball in matcha powder until beautifully covered.

6️⃣ Make the cream dip
Whip the heavy cream, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together until smooth, fluffy, and creamy.

7️⃣ Serve & enjoy
Serve the matcha tiramisu balls with the cream dip on the side.

☁️ Optional Tips

  • Chill the dough for 15–20 minutes if it feels too soft to roll
  • Sift the matcha before coating for a smoother finish
  • Make the balls smaller for cute party bites
  • Keep them chilled until serving for the best texture

Creamy, soft, and dusted with matcha magic — these Matcha Tiramisu Balls are the cutest little dessert bites with a dreamy dip to match. 💚🍵🤍
