Matcha Pancake Cake

🌿 You’ll Need:

Pancakes

Cream Filling

  • 250 g heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 100 g white chocolate (melted)
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Filling Layers

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Bananas

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Prepare the mold
Line a bowl with plastic wrap.

2️⃣ Arrange the pancakes
Place the pancakes inside the bowl with the strawberry side facing down (this will be the top when flipped).

3️⃣ Make the cream
Whip heavy cream until stiff. Add cream cheese and mix again. Then add melted white chocolate and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.

4️⃣ Layer the filling
Spread a layer of cream over the pancakes.
Add chopped strawberries.
Add another layer of cream.
Add sliced bananas.
Finish with another layer of cream.

5️⃣ Seal with pancakes
Place a final layer of pancakes on top.

6️⃣ Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours to set.

7️⃣ Flip & reveal
Carefully invert onto a plate, remove the bowl and plastic wrap — and reveal your flower pancake cake.

  • Dust lightly with powdered sugar or matcha
  • Add edible flowers for extra aesthetic
  • Drizzle with white chocolate
