Strawberry Matcha Flower Pancakes

🌿 You’ll Need:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion (sifted)
  • Fresh strawberries (sliced)

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Whisk the base
In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and combined.

2️⃣ Add liquids
Pour in milk and oil, then mix until smooth.

3️⃣ Add dry ingredients
Add flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and sifted matcha powder. Mix until you get a smooth batter.

4️⃣ Transfer batter
Pour into a piping bottle or container for easier shaping.

5️⃣ Heat the pan
Warm a non-stick pan over medium heat.

6️⃣ Create the flower
Place one strawberry slice in the center of the pan. Pipe or pour batter around and slightly over it to form a flower shape.

7️⃣ Cook & flip
Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
