Matcha in Halloween Season

Matcha in Halloween Season

We made matcha and poured it into our hand-painted cups — little potions for the Halloween season. Whipped cream floated on top like a tiny cloud, and a sprinkle of black cocoa gave it that perfectly spooky sparkle. ✨

There’s something magical about turning a simple drink into a mini celebration — light the candles, sip slowly, and let the cozy Halloween magic fill the room. 🕯️🖤

🎃 You’ll Need:

  • 1 tsp Matcha Union premium matcha
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • Ice cubes
  • Marshmallow cream (to create ghost faces)
  • Black food-safe marker (for ghost faces on the cup)
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping

🧊 Method:

1️⃣ Make the matcha
Whisk matcha with a splash of hot water until smooth and frothy. Add your milk of choice and mix to taste.

2️⃣ Add ice
Fill your favorite glass or Halloween cup with ice cubes, then pour in your matcha latte.

3️⃣ Ghost decor
Use a food-safe black marker to draw spooky (or cute!) little ghost faces on your cup or marshmallow cream blobs.

4️⃣ Top it off
Add a dollop of marshmallow cream or whipped cream for a cloud-like float. Optionally, dust with black cocoa or activated charcoal for that eerie shimmer.

5️⃣ Sip slowly
Turn on the candles, wrap your hands around your ghostly cup, and enjoy the Halloween vibes.

✨ Optional Extras:

  • Dip the rim of the cup in melted chocolate + crushed Oreos
  • Add a cinnamon stick "wand"
  • Serve with your Spooky Matcha Cookies on the side

Boo-tiful, creamy, and full of cozy matcha magic — the perfect potion for a haunted night in. 💚👻🕯️
