Sweet grapes, rich dark chocolate, and creamy matcha-kissed white chocolate — this bark is simple, stunning, and totally snackable. Think fruity, earthy, and chocolatey all in one elegant bite.


🍫 You’ll Need:

  • Fresh grapes (red, green, or a mix)
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • A little coconut oil (for smoother melting)

🍇 Method:

1️⃣ Prep your base
Place grapes into a silicone chocolate mold or onto a parchment-lined tray.

2️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate
Gently melt the dark chocolate with a little coconut oil until smooth. Pour it over the grapes and spread evenly.

3️⃣ Make your matcha swirl
Melt the white chocolate with a bit of coconut oil, then stir in the matcha powder until fully combined.

4️⃣ Layer & chill
Drizzle or spread the matcha white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer. Use a toothpick or spoon to swirl if you like.

5️⃣ Set & serve
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours or until firm. Break into shards and enjoy your matcha masterpiece!
