Matcha Cookie Dough Stuffed Dates

Green, gooey & dangerously good.
Sweet Medjool dates filled with soft matcha cookie dough and white chocolate chunks — a no-bake treat that tastes like dessert but feels wholesome.


🌿 You’ll Need:

  • 6–7 Medjool dates
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • White chocolate chunks
  • A splash of water (if needed for texture)
  • Flaky sea salt

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Make the cookie dough
In a bowl, mix almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, matcha powder, and vanilla extract with your hands until a soft, cookie-dough-like mass forms. Add a splash of water if it feels too dry.

2️⃣ Fold in chocolate
Gently mix in white chocolate chunks.

3️⃣ Stuff the dates
Pit the dates and fill each one generously with the matcha cookie dough.

4️⃣ Finish with salt
Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top for that perfect sweet–salty balance.


💚 Optional Add-Ons:

  • Drizzle with melted matcha white chocolate
  • Roll the stuffed dates in shredded coconut
  • Add chopped pistachios for crunch
