🌿 You’ll Need
- Mixed berries of your choice
- Chopped strawberries
- Red currants
- Blueberries
- Optional: peanut butter
- 200 g white chocolate
- 1½ tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
- Optional: melted dark chocolate
✨ Method
1️⃣ Fill the mould
Add your mixed berries into a silicone donut mould, spreading them evenly.
2️⃣ Add peanut butter
If using, spoon a little peanut butter over the berries for a creamy layer.
3️⃣ Melt the chocolate
Melt the white chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
4️⃣ Make it matcha
Whisk in the matcha powder until the chocolate turns smooth, green, and lump-free.
5️⃣ Cover the berries
Pour the matcha white chocolate over the berries, filling each donut mould.
6️⃣ Add a chocolate drizzle
If you like, drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top.
7️⃣ Chill until set
Place in the fridge until completely firm, then gently remove from the mould and enjoy.
☁️ Optional Tips
- Pat the berries dry so the chocolate sets better
- Use smaller berry pieces to help the donuts hold together
- Sift the matcha before adding it for a smoother finish
- Add peanut butter for a richer, creamier bite
- Keep chilled until serving for the best texture
