Matcha Cheesecake Brownies

🌿 You’ll Need:
For the Brownie Base:
- 2 eggs
- 110 g melted butter
- 120 g sugar
- A little vanilla paste
- 4 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
- 130 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
For the Cheesecake Layer:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 25 g mascarpone
- 50 g sugar (coconut blossom or regular)
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp premium matcha powder
✨ Method:
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Make the brownie base
Whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ Add dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, mix matcha, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
4️⃣ Pour the base
Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan.
5️⃣ Make the cheesecake layer
Mix cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
6️⃣ Layer & swirl
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base.
Take a small portion of the cheesecake mix, stir in matcha powder, and drop it on top in small dollops.
Use a toothpick to gently swirl.
7️⃣ Bake
Bake for about 30 minutes, until set but still slightly soft in the center.
8️⃣ Chill & slice
Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.

- Dust with matcha powder before serving
