Easy, no-bake strawberry matcha dessert

Call it a pudding, a dessert, or just a creamy little treat…
Layers of vanilla matcha cream, juicy strawberries, soft ladyfingers, and a silky white chocolate topping — it’s giving tiramisu energy, but greener and fruitier.


🌿 You’ll Need:

  • 600 ml milk
  • 2 packs vanilla pudding cream mix (Paradiescreme Vanille)
  • 1.5 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 150 g ladyfingers
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 150 g white chocolate
  • 100 g whipping cream

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Make the matcha cream
Prepare the vanilla pudding cream with milk until thick and fluffy. Add matcha powder and mix briefly until smooth.

2️⃣ Fold in textures
Gently fold in crushed ladyfingers and chopped strawberries.

3️⃣ Layer the base
Transfer into a dish and smooth out the top.nm 

4️⃣ Make the topping
Melt white chocolate. Lightly whip the cream (about 1 minute), then mix in the melted chocolate until smooth and creamy.

5️⃣ Finish the layers
Spread the white chocolate cream over the pudding layer.

6️⃣ Optional decoration
Mix a little matcha into some cream and pipe a pattern on top for that signature green swirl.

7️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight for the best texture.

  • Add a layer of strawberry jam for extra sweetness
  • Top with fresh strawberries before serving
  • Dust lightly with matcha powder
