💜 Homemade Blueberry Syrup

Makes ~500ml, perfect for storing and using on repeat.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1½ cups water

Method:

  1. Add blueberries, sugar, and water to a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
  4. Pour syrup into a clean glass jar or bottle.
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 weeks.
