4-ingredient Matcha Quinoa Crunch Bites

Only 4 ingredients, but so much texture.
Nutty, lightly matcha-flavored, and packed with that satisfying crisp from puffed quinoa — the perfect little sweet treat when you want something easy and irresistible.

🌿 You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup quinoa (about 200 g)
  • 120 g white chocolate
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter or almond butter
  • Optional: a pinch of sea salt

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Prep the quinoa
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and let it dry completely.

2️⃣ Pop & puff
Add the dry quinoa to a large pan over medium heat. Let it toast and pop, stirring occasionally so it doesn’t burn.

3️⃣ Set aside
Once puffed and lightly golden, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

4️⃣ Make matcha chocolate
Melt white chocolate with matcha powder over a double boiler, stirring until smooth and glossy.

5️⃣ Mix everything
Add puffed quinoa and nut butter to the melted chocolate. Stir until evenly coated.

6️⃣ Shape the bites
Scoop small portions onto a parchment-lined tray using a spoon or ice cream scoop.

7️⃣ Finish & chill
Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt if desired. Chill in the fridge until firm.

💚 Optional Add-Ons:

  • Crushed pistachios or coconut flakes
  • Drizzle of dark chocolate
  • A little extra matcha dust on top

Crunchy, creamy, and just sweet enough — these Matcha Quinoa Crunch Bites are your new go-to snack for a quick matcha fix. 🍵✨
