INGREDIENTS:

1. Matcha cookie dough:

  • 100g butter, room temperature
  • 100g sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 1 tbsp Matcha Union Premium Matcha powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

2. Chocolate cookie dough:

  • 100g butter (room temperature)
  • 100g sugar
  • 159g flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 100g chocolate/1 bar of chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Whisk together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

2. Whisk in vanilla and egg.

3. Sift in the flour, baking powder, matcha powder and salt.

4. Mix until no more dry spots.

5. Repeat this whole process for the chocolate dough (add the chopped chocolate at the end).

6. Fill half of an ice cream scooper with matcha dough, and the other half with chocolate dough.
