Sugarfree Matcha Raffaello Balls

Sugarfree Matcha Raffaello Balls

A dreamy bite of coconut, almond, and matcha — with no refined sugar and maximum bliss. These little green gems are creamy, chewy, and full of feel-good flavor.

🌿 You’ll Need:

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 3 tbsp almond flour or finely ground almonds
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut (+ more for rolling)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Whole hazelnuts (optional, for the center)

🥥 Method:

1️⃣ Mix the base
In a bowl, combine coconut milk, matcha, almond flour, shredded coconut, maple syrup, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

2️⃣ Chill to firm
Cover and chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until it’s firm enough to roll.

3️⃣ Shape your balls
Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.

4️⃣ Add a surprise center (optional)
Press a whole hazelnut into the center of each ball before sealing and shaping.

5️⃣ Roll & finish
Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut for that classic Raffaello coating.

❄️ To Serve:

  • Keep chilled in the fridge

  • Dust with extra matcha for a vibrant finish

  • Perfect with iced matcha or green tea

Naturally sweet, melt-in-your-mouth soft, and made to impress — these matcha Raffaello balls are a no-bake treat you’ll keep coming back to. 💚🥥
