Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1½ tsp tahini

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 2 pinches flaky salt

  • A splash of hot water

  • Ice cubes

  • ¾ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, dairy, etc.)

  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder @matchaunion

  • ¼ cup hot water (for whisking matcha)


Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Honey-Tahini Base

In your glass, stir together the tahini, honey, flaky salt, and a splash of hot water until smooth and slightly runny.

Step 2: Add Ice & Milk

Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in your milk of choice over the tahini mixture. Stir gently to swirl the flavors.

Step 3: Whisk the Matcha

In a separate bowl, sift matcha powder to avoid clumps. Add hot water (not boiling) and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until frothy.

Step 4: Assemble the Latte

Pour the whisked matcha over the milk layer to create a beautiful green float.
