This recipe is a wonderful fusion of two beloved flavours—matcha and pumpkin spice. The pumpkin adds a rich, creamy texture, while the spices bring that warm, autumn flavour we all love. Plus, matcha gives you an energy boost without the jitters, making it a great alternative to traditional coffee-based pumpkin spice lattes.

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- ½ cup hot milk (or your favorite milk alternative)
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
- 1 tsp Matcha Union Premium Matcha powder
- Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice (for garnish)

Prepare the Matcha Shot: In a separate bowl, whisk 1 teaspoon of Matcha Union Premium Matcha powder with a small amount of hot water until smooth and frothy.
