Matcha Wildberry Chia Pudding

Craving something healthy yet delicious? This Matcha Wildberry Chia Pudding is a perfect blend of creamy matcha chia and tangy wildberries. Packed with antioxidants, fiber, and nutrients, it’s the ultimate treat to enjoy any time of day. Simple to make, vibrant, and nutritious!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup milk (milk of your choice)

  • 2 tsp Matcha Union Premium Matcha

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp yogurt

  • Wildberries or mixed berries (frozen or fresh)

  • Honey or maple syrup for natural sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Whisk together ½ cup of milk and 2 tsp of Matcha Union Premium Matcha.
  2. Add 2 tbsp chia seeds to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Let the mixture soak for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best texture.
  4. Sweeten to taste with your favorite sweetener. (We recommend honey or maple syrup for natural sweetness!)
  5. In a separate bowl, mix some wildberries (or berries of your choice) with 2 tbsp yogurt.
  6. Pour the wildberry-yogurt mixture over the prepared chia pudding.
  7. Time to enjoy!
