Matcha Panna Cotta

Ingredients

  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 7 g gelatin powder
  • A little water

Method

1๏ธโƒฃ In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over a little cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
2๏ธโƒฃ In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and matcha. Heat gently over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
3๏ธโƒฃ Remove from heat, stir in the bloomed gelatin, and whisk until fully dissolved.
4๏ธโƒฃ Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into serving glasses or molds for a smooth texture.
5๏ธโƒฃ Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
