Matcha Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
- 7 g gelatin powder
- A little water
Method
1๏ธโฃ In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over a little cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
2๏ธโฃ In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and matcha. Heat gently over medium heat until warm (do not boil).
3๏ธโฃ Remove from heat, stir in the bloomed gelatin, and whisk until fully dissolved.
4๏ธโฃ Strain the mixture through a fine sieve into serving glasses or molds for a smooth texture.
5๏ธโฃ Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
