Our matcha nice cream makes the perfect summer treat. Using only 3 ingredients, prepped in a few minutes, you can create a healthy, vegan, and refreshing take on traditional ice cream. We are obsessed!

4 frozen ripe bananas
1 tsp MU matcha powder
Nut milk of your choice
1. Start by putting the cut up frozen bananas into the blender and a splash of milk.
2. Blend until the mixture becomes a thick and creamy texture.
3. Add the tsp of MU matcha powder and blend again.
4. Serve using an ice cream scoop and sprinkle some MU matcha powder on top.
