Sweet, creamy, tangy, and refreshing — these Matcha Kiwi Clusters are the perfect bite-sized treat for warm days or anytime your snack game needs a healthy glow-up. With just 4 simple ingredients, they’re easy to make, totally addictive, and naturally vibrant thanks to juicy kiwi and earthy matcha.

Ingredients (makes 10–12 clusters)

  • 80g yogurt (coconut yogurt works beautifully)
  • 2–3 kiwis, peeled & chopped
  • 150g white chocolate
  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness
  • Flaky sea salt or coconut flakes for topping

Method

1️⃣ Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine chopped kiwis with yogurt. Add honey if desired for a sweeter bite.

2️⃣ Form the Clusters
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray, spaced slightly apart.

3️⃣ Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2 hours until the clusters are firm and fully frozen.

4️⃣ Make the Matcha Chocolate
Gently melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Once smooth, stir in the matcha powder until fully blended and green.

5️⃣ Dip & Coat
Take the frozen kiwi clusters out of the freezer and dip them one by one into the matcha chocolate.

6️⃣ Finish & Set
Place the coated clusters back on the tray. Sprinkle with sea salt or coconut flakes if using.
Chill in the fridge or freezer for 30 minutes until the chocolate sets.

7️⃣ Enjoy!
Serve straight from the fridge for a cool, creamy treat with a fruity crunch.

Tips & Twists

🥭 Try with mango or pineapple chunks instead of kiwi
