Matcha Coconut Protein Balls

Vanilla, matcha and coconut... a heavenly combination that makes these easy no bake protein balls so delicious. Free from refined sugars, dairy and gluten, our matcha protein balls are paleo friendly and the perfect pick me up at any time of the day. Prepped in under 5 min, they will last you for up to one week - if you haven't snacked them all by then!

Prep Time: 5 min | Total Time: 2 h  Servings: 8 balls


  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour or almond flour

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

  • 1 tbsp MU premium matcha 

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey



1. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender.

2. Blend until well combined.

3. Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to form 2 cm balls.

4. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours to set. Enjoy!

Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
