Matcha Berry Bark

Ingredients:
- Fresh blueberries and raspberries (or your favourite berries)
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha Union Premium Matcha

Prepare Your Berries: Start by arranging a generous amount of fresh blueberries and raspberries on a tray lined with parchment paper. Feel free to mix in other seasonal berries you love!

Melt the White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until you have a smooth and creamy consistency.

Mix in the Matcha: Once the chocolate is melted, add in 1 teaspoon of Matcha Union Premium Matcha powder and stir until fully incorporated, resulting in a lovely green chocolate mixture.

Combine and Freeze: Pour the matcha chocolate mixture over the arranged berries, ensuring they’re well coated. Spread it out evenly with a spatula if needed. Place the tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes or until the bark is set.
