Mango Matcha Overnight Oats

This combo of earthy matcha, creamy yogurt, and juicy mango is the ultimate grab-and-go breakfast. Refreshing, nourishing, and layered with flavor — like a sunny morning in a jar. 🌱🌞


🥄 You’ll Need (1 serving):

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp protein powder (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ⅔ cup milk (oat, almond, or regular)
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • Frozen mango (diced + a little extra for purée)

🍵 Method:

1️⃣ Mix your base
In a bowl, stir together oats, chia seeds, protein powder, salt, honey, and milk.

2️⃣ Whisk the matcha
In a separate bowl, whisk matcha powder into the yogurt until smooth and creamy.

3️⃣ Combine & layer
Add the matcha yogurt into the oat mixture and stir well. In a jar or glass, layer:
🥄 Oat mixture
🥭 Diced mango
Repeat the layers.

4️⃣ Top it off
Blend a spoonful of mango into a purée and spread it on top like frosting.

5️⃣ Chill overnight
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Wake up to a ready-made breakfast that tastes like dessert.
