A Halloween twist — but make it matcha. These buttery green cookies are crisp on the edges, soft in the center, and finished with dark chocolate drips for that delightfully spooky vibe. Ghoulishly good.


🧁 You’ll Need:

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 ml milk
  • 60 g dark chocolate

🕸️ Method:

1️⃣ Make the dough
In a bowl, mix flour, matcha, sugar, butter, and milk until a smooth dough forms. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

2️⃣ Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Shape dough into rounds or spooky shapes and bake for ~15 minutes. Let cool slightly on a rack.

3️⃣ Add spooky chocolate
Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle over the cookies — think spiderwebs, creepy drips, or even monster faces.


🍫 Optional Add-Ons:

  • Edible googly eyes for monster cookies
  • Crushed Oreos for graveyard dust
  • Black sesame seeds for extra texture
