Creamy, fruity, rich, and refreshingly green, this Cherry Cheesecake Matcha Latte brings all the indulgent flavors of a cheesecake into one dreamy sip. Topped with a cherry-cream cheese cold foam, it’s basically cake in a cup—and it’s as good as it sounds.


🍒 Cherry Cheesecake Cold Foam

Ingredients

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup milk

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese, softened

  • ⅓ cup frozen cherries

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth, light, and fluffy. Keep chilled while you assemble the latte.


🍵 Matcha Latte Base

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion

  • ¼ cup hot water (70–80°C / 160–175°F)

  • ¾ cup milk of choice

  • Ice cubes

  • (Optional) 1–2 tsp cherry preserves for layering


To Assemble

  1. (Optional) Add cherry preserves to the bottom of your glass.

  2. Add ice cubes, then pour in your milk of choice.

  3. Whisk matcha powder with hot water until frothy and smooth. Pour gently over the milk for a layered effect.

  4. Top with a generous layer of the cherry cheesecake cold foam.

Finish with a drizzle of cherry syrup, a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs, or even a fresh cherry on top for the full dessert-in-a-glass experience.


Dairy-free? Use oat or almond milk, vegan cream cheese, and coconut cream for the foam.
Want it blended? Combine everything into a milkshake-style matcha frappe.
