Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 slice of your favorite bread

  • 1½ tsp unsalted butter (softened)

  • ½ tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion

  • 1 ripe banana

  • Extra ½ tsp butter (for caramelizing)

  • A pinch of flaky salt


Instructions

Step 1: Make the Matcha Butter

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with matcha powder until fully blended and smooth. Set aside.
