Louisa's Morning Routine

Discover how our founder Louisa kickstarts her day!

  • 7:30 Wake Up

    I usually try to wake up naturally without an alarm. Sometimes I wake up earlier, sometimes a little later - I try to listen to my body here as much as possible. I also take few minutes to scan my mailbox - can't avoid it!

  • 7:40 ACV or Lemon Water

    I usually add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to warm water to wake up my digestive system. It helps to create an alkaline environment in the gut and kills bad bacteria - as a result I feel much less bloated. If I am travelling I opt for a lemon instead.

  • 7:50 Movement

    This can be anything from a quick 6k run, a home or gym workout or a dynamic yoga flow. If I am short on time, I still try to always squeeze in a quick 15min flow - it helps me to set my mind for the day and prepares my body to sit in front of my laptop!

  • 9:00 Getting ready for the day

    Taking a shower, doing my morning skincare routine and getting dressed

    Make-up depending on the day

  • 9:30 Morning Ritual

    Breakfast while catching up on e-mails and messages:

    Usually I will have an oatmeal cooked in water with splash of oat milk and berries + my Collagen Matcha Latte

  • 9:45 Work

    Time to work, this means lots of planning, editing, calling, brainstorming, creating - couldn't imagine it any other way!
