MU: What are you passionate about?
KM: I am passionate about wellbeing. Starting with food. I am a total foodie. There is nothing better than cooking something nourishing in your own kitchen for your best friends with a good bottle of wine!
MU: What’s the most fulfilling part about what you do?
KM: Opening a restaurant really was an amazing experience. It’s the perfect match for me as a foodie where I can create new recipes and make other people happy and healthy. (Check out one of our autumn favourites that she has created for us here)
MU: What title do you give this chapter in our life and why?
KM: "Bitter awakening" - This current chapter feels like a never ending lesson. I think we humans have reached a point where we got used to being fortunate enough to have it all...and now we have to think about how to be more sustainable. We are in the period of awakening to do long term good to ourselves and our planet. The beautiful thing is that we have so much access to information and are able to make the best out of it.
MU: What does wellness mean to you?
KM: Wellness means feeling good. Treating myself with pure goodness like nourishing my body from the inside with plant based food and daily training of my mind and body. And lets not forget about some girly spa treatments from time to time ;)
MU: What is a wellness trend that you recently discovered and can’t live without?
KM: Honestly, matcha :D I love it!
MU: What or whom inspires you?
KM: I wouldn’t be able to write only one name. I have so many inspiring friends around me that each of them inspires me on another level.
MU: How do you stay balanced ?
KM: I am balanced when my mind body and soul are in balance. I love to move my body. Every day something different from yoga to running. Being in nature helps me to feel present!

MU: What are your top 3 wellness tips?
1. Treat your body like a temple.
2. Do whatever you want sometimes without bad conscience.
3. Surround yourself with great likeminded people that you can share your wellness journey with.
MU: If you could be any superfood which one would it be and why?
KM: I would be coconut oil for sure. I put coconut oil everywhere. In foods, matcha, for baking. I even use it instead of body cream and sometimes for my hair.
MU: What is your favorite MU product and how do you use is?
KM: Premium Matcha all day, everyday!!!
