⅓ cup (75ml) warm water (176°F/80°C)

⅓ cup (75ml) of coconut milk

⅔ cup (150ml) mango juice (freshly blended or store bought)

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Add coconut milk and mango juice.
3. Top with frothy matcha. To make the frothy matcha, add 1tsp of matcha powder to a bowl, add 1tbsp of 80°C warm water, and gently massage into a paste using your whisk until no lumps are left. Now add remaining water and whisk in a zigzag motion until frothy.
4. Stir and time to enjoy!
