Smashed Matcha Dates
The easiest little snack we’ve been obsessed with lately.
Soft Medjool dates, creamy peanut butter, and a drizzle of matcha white chocolate — it’s the perfect salty-sweet bite.
🥜 You’ll Need:
- 6–8 Medjool dates
- Peanut butter cream (smooth or whipped)
- White chocolate
- 1 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
- Flaky sea salt
🍵 Method:
1️⃣ Prep the dates
Pit the dates and gently smash them flat with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
2️⃣ Fill with cream
Add 1–2 tsp of peanut butter cream into each smashed date.
3️⃣ Make matcha chocolate
Melt white chocolate and stir in matcha powder until smooth and green.
4️⃣ Drizzle & chill
Drizzle the matcha chocolate over the stuffed dates. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
5️⃣ Set & snack
Chill in the fridge until the chocolate is set. Then enjoy your matcha snack magic. 💚

- Chopped pistachios or coconut flakes on top
- Almond butter or tahini instead of peanut butter
