🌿 You’ll Need:

  • 120 g soft butter
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp premium matcha powder @matchaunion
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 pinches of salt

✨ Method:

1️⃣ Mix the base
In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until smooth.

2️⃣ Add dry & wet ingredients
Pour in the milk, then add flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt.

3️⃣ Whisk to smooth
Mix until you get a smooth, lump-free batter.

4️⃣ Preheat the waffle iron
Heat your waffle iron and lightly grease if needed.

5️⃣ Cook
Pour in the batter and cook until golden, fluffy, and fully set.
